Branded as "Cultural Express", GMB route CX1 was introduced on 2 Jul 2022. This service, formerly another two GMB routes, shuttles between MTR Kowwlon Station (near exit E) and West Kowloon Cultural District accommodating the visitors flocking into HK Palace Museum, M+ and other venues in WKCD.

Starting from 13 Oct 2023, the service extends to Austin Station. Specified departures observe the northern part of WKCD where other public transport is not accessible.
